PROBLEM:
Needed a closed loop, customizable card program to give a large number of merchant’s design and order schedule flexibility.

SOLUTION:
The Client needed to offer its merchants choices but keep it all within a manageable, trackable framework. We developed a complete program that enabled authorized merchant users to create custom card art or to work from a set of art file templates. We then created pricing rate cards, training materials and implemented a combination of both short and long run production to meet the individual needs of over 800 merchants, who place approximately 650 orders per year and ranging in size from 500 to 200,000 cards per order.
